Alfred Gockel and Xander at the Estampa in Madrid

From the 25th to the 29th of November the art fair Estampa took place in Madrid. There Edition Gockel presented the new silkscreens of Alfred Gockel. After three years of working at an advertising agency his son Alexander aka Xander celebrated his comeback with new woodcuts. The mutual exhibition of father and son turned out for an exciting change between the generations. While Alfred Gockel with his silkscreens predominantly addressed an established audience, the woodcuts of his son particularly appealed to the younger visitors` active interest.
